Biglax and Ante-Up Lacrosse  are once again bringing you the premier fall/winter training program at the areas top indoor facility.....there is only one MAX.(max-mccook)

This years program will be split between Frosh/Soph and Juniors/Seniors. Selected individuals will be able to play up at the coaches descretion.

Once again we have arranged with ATHLETICO to train our athletes throughout the fall/winter at a very reasonable price on a full field this year.This program is separate from Biglax indoor on Sundays.  Please see Athletico's (athleticosportsperformance)web site for more info. Times will be M-W-F from 4-5pm. This is a highly recommended program run by professional trainers.

Training will start Oct.15. Indoor will start Oct 19th.  2008-9laxschedule-1.doc

Frosh/Soph will start practice at 12noon and end @1:30

juniors/seniors will start practice at 1:30 and end @4pm 

Cost: Frosh/Soph $600.00      Juniors/Seniors $750.00

This is  a first come first serve basis open to Hinsdale Boys Lacrosse first but then open to everyone in Chicago after Sept 12th.  There are a finite number of openings so make sure you sign up early! 

Both the indoor program (15 sessions) and the training with Athletico will run right up until the season start. Fill out both forms at the top of the page and send them to the address below.
